Rather easy read but repetitious and though meaningful felt oversimplified with too many one-liner quotations from multiple sources and appears written for a non-“eastern” audience with an underlhing stereotype of west-east that is too removed from the uniqueness of individual life journeys that the book seeks to espouse.
